310S /1.4845 Stainless Steel structure Sections Introduction
  • Grade 310 / 310S stainless steel (1.4845) is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, (plates,Round Bar , angle steels, channel steels, I-beams, H-beams, square tubes, flat tubes, pipes and Stainless Steel Sections) with good oxidation resistance and resistance to corrosive. Due to the high content of chromium and nickel, it has better creep strength, can work continuously at high temperatures, and has good high temperature resistance. Due to its high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance (excellent oxidation resistance at 1100°C).
  • Grade 310 / 310S stainless steel (1.4845) is a highly alloyed stainless steel with excellent strength at elevated temperatures, as well as outstanding resistance to creep deformation and environmental erosion. Therefore, 310 alloy is widely used in industries such as heat treatment and chemical treatment.

  • Ore processing/Steel plants-smelter and steel melting equipment, continuous casting equipment

  • Thermal processing-annealing covers and boxes, burner grids, doors, fans, muffles and retorts, recuperators, walking beams
